In 2013, she experienced a life-altering 'dark night of the soul' while going through a difficult divorce, leading her to the brink.

 

However, this moment became the catalyst for a powerful healing journey, guided by her faith and resilience. Today, she draws from her journey to help others facing similar struggles.

 

Darla now offers a free support group for women and one-on-one coaching sessions for both men and women, with a special focus on the nervous system and reclaiming personal power after trauma.

 

Her work is rooted in her own transformation and her passion for guiding others to heal from narcissistic abuse.
